Chamber Music Charleston is a non-profit performing arts organization dedicated to developing the audience for classical music through chamber music concerts and educational performances of high artistic quality by musicians of the Lowcountry. BEETHOVEN: HIS WOMEN & HIS MUSIC
This concert captures in glowing performances excerpts from Ludwig Beethoven's music and mind, revealing secrets from his many letters and journals, the wildly romantic heart and soul of the first composer to reveal himself freely and openly in his music.
Veteran Actor Clarence Felder will read excerpts from Beethoven’s letters as musicians of Chamber Music Charleston interpret movements from his string quartets, piano trios and string sonatas.
