Fish Restaurant Welcomes New Pastry Chef, Susie Ieronemo
For Immediate Release, December 2007
http://www.fishrestaurant.net

Fish restaurant at 442 King Street in downtown Charleston has recently undergone an impressive transformation, both in menu and the talent behind the menu. This December, the restaurant welcomed new Pastry Chef, Susie Ieronemo, who brings a bevy of experience in sweets to the position.

Originally from River Forest, IL, Ieronemo has a degree in Fine Arts from Southern Illinois University. Originally, Ieronemo planned to study culinary arts at the Providence, Rhode Island, campus of Johnson & Wales University. However, through a rather fortuitous miscommunication, she found herself studying in Charleston and has been hooked on the Holy City ever since. Prior to joining Fish, Ieronemo created sweet delicacies for the Seabrook Island Club and Stephen Duvall Catering, and was the Pastry Chef for Cordavi in Charleston.

As Pastry Chef at Fish Restaurant, Ieronemo will be crafting imaginative and delicious desserts as well as banquet-ready pastries for Patrick Properties’ events at The William Aiken House and Lowndes Grove. And, with Ieronemo’s pastry skills in hand, Fish and Patrick Properties will, for the first time in their history, offer wedding cakes.

To learn more about Fish or to contact Ieronemo, call 843.722.FISH or visit www.fishrestaurant.net.
